Refunds and Pass Transfers

All sales are final. Transfers of event passes may be permitted before an event begins, subject to approval. You must contact Santa Cruz Swing (SCS) to request a transfer.

Resale of any event pass is not permitted without the express authorization of SCS. Unauthorized resale, transfer, or scalping will result in the pass being voided without refund.

We understand that illness or unforeseen circumstances can arise. You can also request a voucher for an upcoming series. Please contact us before the series that you are cancelling begins.
